Pilates will teach you to find all of your abdominal muscles. You will then be proficient and use your abs all of the time in all that you do. Go to a Pilates studio and take private lessons on a reformer, or a matt lesson. I had a c section. My abs are flat, tight, I have a 4 pack. You can too.

Strength training is awesome. Not only does it burn calories while doing it, but continues to burn calories a day later. It is in a class of it's own. It can burn more calories than cardio, and most of the time it does by a lot! keep at it.

Congrats, it's a blast. Especially with a good teacher! after you are comfortable with the step sequence, really move your whole body! I found it online and entered in the exersize cataegory. I thought it posted for all to see. shoot! I'll look and see what mine is.

I'm in the same boat. I do guess work with other fitness activities as a guide. I literally couldn't find it anywhere. Mine is trx, and boot camp. They are subjective to the exersizes. It would be nice if weights counted too. They burn calories for up to two days.

you get dressed for the job you are about to do. It says not only to others, but to yourself, you are seriuous and commited to what you are doing. I always felt better in my clothes, verses nasty old t-shirt, and loose shorts.

In my opinion, yes. I believe that protien is essiental to health. When we loose weight we are already limiting how much we get. If you are craving these foods, it could be that you are lacking energy. Consider eating more protien. There are many other things that go into this equation.
