does this count as a NSV?

Had a fight with my significant other... saw the cookie dough in the fridge... but did not eat it.

It totally counts as success. It especially counts if, previously, you'd have eaten the dough. I count ALL the "small" things as victories. I had a small tiff with my Love, just this evening, and I went to the grocery store right after the meltdown. As my former self, I'd have bought m&m's AND a snickers and scarfed it down on the way home, BUT I didn't. It didn't even cross my mind.

Yes, ALL the victories count...no matter how small. All those small things add up to great big accomplishments.

    Way to go, lady!

    *high five*

Yes, that is a great NSV. But an even better one would be if you threw the cookie dough at the significant other. LOL just kidding.
