Had a fight with my significant other... saw the cookie dough in the fridge... but did not eat it.

  • It totally counts as success. It especially counts if, previously, you'd have eaten the dough. I count ALL the "small" things as victories. I had a small tiff with my Love, just this evening, and I went to the grocery store right after the meltdown. As my former self, I'd have bought m&m's AND a snickers and scarfed it down on the way home, BUT I didn't. It didn't even cross my mind.

    Yes, ALL the victories count...no matter how small. All those small things add up to great big accomplishments.

    Way to go, lady!

    Yes, that is a great NSV. But an even better one would be if you threw the cookie dough at the significant other. LOL just kidding.
