I appreciate the warning, I was early due to my mom having it as well so I know the risks. I will just ask my dr.

Thank you for the helpful comments. My appointment with my doctor to verify if I have preeclampsia or not is Wednesday so of course I will ask my doctor then, I was just trying to see what other people had experienced. I was not expecting to hear go run or anything like that, just thinking of low impact exercises I could…

I disagree with the prior poster, 30DS is a great starting place

I think as long as you stick to it, it will be a great exercise plan!

I tried to look at your diary but it's locked. I was wondering what your typical healthy day looked like. Different people think of healthy in different ways so I was curious :) And how long was it between your before and after?

Oh and if you want some extra support along the way feel free to add me :) I've been there with my husband and made it thru to the other side lol. he still doesn't have the motivation that i do and eats junk and when i have a weak day will give in with me but that is his choice to not workout. And he gives in now only…

i think you have to sit down with him and tell him, look i know you can eat and do what you want and that is your prerogative. But I don't want to eat that stuff and I enjoy working out. I love how you bring me treats when I have a bad day but could you maybe start bringing me a bag of baked chips or a frozen yogurt…

i agree with both posters, your stomach needs time to shrink back down and you need to make sure you are getting enough protein, fat, carbs, and water to keep you full. Your ratio should be about 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. each protein and carb calorie is = to 4 grams and each fat is equal to 9 grams.

I'm not a new mommy yet but i will be in October. I am 23 and trying to make sure I will be able to lose what I gain easily by making it mostly healthy. Feel free to add me! Congratulations on your adorable little one :)

I'm going to try to start January 1st. My hubby got it for me for Christmas :). I'd love some support!

Great job!!! Keep it up!!

I agree with LorinaLynn, if your hair and make up were done and you were in that bikini they would be saying how great you looked. I can tell the difference in your arms, back, and butt. And abs! I think you're doing great!

We were together year and 2 months before he proposed and will have been engaged almost a year when we get married in October :) we are 22 and 23 also. We were together 2 months before we moved in together.

I'm so bad at age but 25? and your collar bones are amazing! you look great!
-
Even thigh you can't really seem them your arms even look more muscular. Did you measure? If not now might be a good time to start

My thought, although you would have lost some muscle in some areas you would have gained a significant amount of muscle to be able to hold your increase weight (walk, lifting yourself up, all of that). i agree that your lean muscle mass will be more.

I've got 10-15 lbs left to loose before my wedding in 4 months. I've lost 4 so far. Our weight loss journeys are a little different but feel free to add me if you would like some support, if not good luck!!

I've always weighed more than people thought I did too, it bites but I chalk it up to muscle. :)

my fiance and i have had baby fever too, nothing can really break it, just have to keep your goals in mind and remember (especially when money is also in play as it is for us too) you want to give that baby the best life you can. You can't do that if you have no money for food never the less everything else you need.…

You look amazing! You're about the same stats as me, thanks for posting! To break your plateau and help you hit your make i'd suggest trying to up your calories a bit and look into strength training, there are some amazing threds that show how it can really help you finish slimming down. Congratulations!

I'm a bride to be but I luckily noticed my weight gain with enough time to knock it back down and not let myself get to that point. But one thing I have seen a lot of people do is, have your amazing wedding now and feel amazing! Then once you are where you want to be, get a cute little white dress and go renew your vows on…
