I agree with this as well. The way I see it is this, I know I'm going to have fluctuations daily (or weekly). My scale goes in .2 increments. It simply is what it is (for me). I can relate to this... for me, when I'm on my UP day, I still need to have limits in place. Like the down day... I only eat after 5pm, so I'm full (sort of) before going to bed. Sometimes it gets the best of me. For instance last week, I ate an entire container of frosting!! UGH! 1400 cals later..... but thankfully, I didn't gain from that, but actually lost .2!!
