I'm with the organ people, horrible, but i don't like peas or beans (any shape or form) my weird querk is i love seafood etc, as long as i'm not cooking it the smell makes me gag

Just an idea for ice packs, Capri sun juice drinks are in a foil pack, you can freeze them and use them as your ice pack they stay cold for a good 4 - 6 hours and will keep your food fresh, and when it melts you have a cold refreshing drink,

i've used quark, fromage frais, in place of cream cheese, i tend to add herbs and spices to it to make it taste better, philadelphia cheese also works

i have the same problem, I tend to eat stew's, jacket potatoes, but my ultimate comfort food is fish finger sandwiches (not great but makes me feel better)

i exercise on a sat morning, I tried not eating anything and i couldn't perform as well as usual now i always have a ceral or granola bar, i'm always ready for something when i get back, but it means i get a better work out,

First of all welcome, i only started this week too, You could at more fruit to your meals these add calories and various vitiamins etc, Wish i had the problem of being below my calories i'm usuallly over,

My living room is a off white pinky colour with a red chimney breast, red curtains, cushions etc, cream throw's over couch (cover cat attacks) I wanted something bright that would wake me up in morning. My bed room is turquise and white with chocolate brown, which is nice and relaxing
