I can sometimes get away with wearing 2 of the Champion ones from Target. But that's not ideal.

I trust Essential Bodywear's sports bra. It's nothing to look at, but it works. http://www.essentialbodywear.com/?page_id=915 I wear a DD and NOTHING moves. :)

This is very inspiring to me. My first 5k is in 5 weeks on Mother's Day for Y-Me. While I don't have anyone close to me who has died from breast cancer, it was an opportunity for me to raise money for a great charity and also set a goal for myself which would push me more than anything else has pushed me before. It is…

I was wondering this too. My 5K is on Mother's Day so I have 5 weeks until my run, which will be the start of W7. I am not counting on running the whole time, but partial run/jog and walk will be great for me I think. But I was curious what others do when you are in a time crunch. Do you start your following week earlier?…

I did W2D1 this morning. I did it at a considerably slower pace than W1D3 on Saturday. A little down on myself with the pace, but it'll happen. I pushed hard on Saturday and ended with a sore hip on Sunday and Monday which is why I delayed until this morning. I fell good though that I finished it. I wanted to quit a few…

Hi all! Carol Stream here. Work in Oak Brook! Glad the weather is finally nice. :)
-
Carol Stream! I work out at the Bloomingdale LT. Gorgeous today! Get outside!

I hybrid shop now. Lane Bryant - I have gotten pants there that I like that have a cuff and taken the cuff out and re-hemmed the pants to make them longer. I have a pair on now that are wide legs. I wear them once a week these days because they are versitile and comfortable. Gap - At one point Gap carried x-longs in 18 and…

I am 5'11" and I wear a size 12. Nordstrom Rack is my savior!

I do yoga as part of my weekly workouts. I also do pilates. I find that if I switch up my workouts, I am getting the appropriate work on each of my trouble spots. Yoga has helped my posture immensely as well as strengthening my legs, core, etc. I mostly do Vinyasa yoga. Pilates is helping my core strength as well as arms,…

I am starting W1D1 tonight! Very excited about this new challenge. I am not a runner but I am motivated to do a 5K on Mother's Day so I need to get in the mode for running! I'll check in tomorrow and post how things went! Looking forward to the support of this group while I trudge through this!

I am committed to a 5K on Mother's Day so I have 7 weeks to get this going. I am starting tonight. Will find the group on MFP and will start there for advice and support! Good luck everyone!

I ordered mine at Christmas, forgot about them and gave up sweets for Lent. I am going to bring them into work. That'll get rid of them quickly! :)

I am so inspired. Thanks ladies! Keep them coming.

You are awesome. Thanks for doing that!

Hey! I am 5'11" and when I started on MFP, I was 256. My highest was 265 and I was in a size 22 after I had my second son. When I started on MFP, I was miserable and had enough. I am down 21 pounds so far and starting to wear 18s more often. My ultimate goal is 170, but I'd be happy with 180-ish which would probably be a…

I'd like to join you. I did Day 1 today. Took 2 quick breaks but feel like I accomplished it because I finished! Everything jiggles. Lol. Hopefully that will go away soon. Here's to motivation!,

Hi all. I am new (and late) to the group. Hope that is ok! Here's what I have for Monday 11/7: Water: 32 oz. Calories: Under (with Exercise) Exercise: Yes, 50 mins on the bike last night. I didn't want to go to the gym because I am feeling run down lately, but I forced myself to go and it was awesome. Glad I made myself go!

I am trying to get into a routine. My schedule is much like yours, two kids to daycare at 7:30 and get to work at 8:30. Desk job until 5. Home to eat dinner and hang out with the kids until bath/reading/homework/bed at 7:45 and 8:30 respectively. It's tough, but I do plan on going to the gym at night. We are also going to…

I'm in. Thanks!
