HRM, mine tells me the amount of calories i burned and i thought it was wrong because the machines i was using at the gym would tell me a much higher number, but as long as your hrm asks you age, height, workout level, and gender it should be accurate

you could use the Pillsbury already made crust and roll it out thinner, to make it about 5 oz. and that would be yummy and save calories!

Maple Grove Farms Syrup is low calorie, but definitely tastes like it! I usually go with about a TBS. of Amber Agave Nectar, which is super sweet and delicious!

They just built one near us and can't wait to try it out, I looked at their nutrition information and the have super high levels of sodium in a lot of their sandwiches!

I made pumpkin cupcakes today, and used 15oz of Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix, I added a cup of water, and 3TBS. of Folgers French Vanilla Cappuccino Dry Mix. I mixed all together with the cake mix and put them in the oven for 19 minutes, and made 24 cupcakes. My husbands guy friends even liked them! Hope this helps!

I usually make mine in the microwave, I have a 2 month old baby so anything quick and easy is a plus for me. for a 1/2 cup of eggs: I spray the bowl with PAM olive oil, put the egg mixture in, microwave for 45 seconds, than stir, put back in the microwave 25-30 seconds, and ta-dah breakfast is made!
