Walked for 60 minutes shopping today. How is everyone counting their steps?

Guess I'm getting a late start on this challenge,but I've managed to stay active MOST every day this year since Feb.

I guess I would have to say,that I would love to have my own private room with workout stations like i use to have back when i was a kid...Weight lifting bench,dumbells,and a good stereo to jam some weights too...And of course the HRM would also be at the top...Right now I would settle just for it.

Maybe try eating healthy foods when you get hungry...Kinda like snacking on a carrot or some celery,or possibly a cucumber...Pickles are always good...Flush it all down with water and maybe it'll tie you over until the next meal comes...

Actually,for the pickles and such,I have always used the white vinegar...As a matter of fact,may use that tomorrow for a mid day exercise...I got some chili peppers that need to be pickled.

I'm kind of a late nighter,so I usually don't get in bed til around 1am or 2 am in the morning...Usually wake around 8 am or 9 am,and have my workout after my morning Caffine Kick...Usually I;m done with my workout by 12 noon,so the rest of the day is mine unless I eat a large lunch...If that happens,I usually get the bike…

I'm with rollindawg...I always go by the starting goal cals,instead of what the allowed amount is...That way,if I happen to go over one day on my set goal,it isn't that big a deal because the exercise I did,has my back and helps it out...
