My oldest daughter is 14. She told me the other day that I have inspired her to never give up because she sees me trying so hard and never giving up in my karate journey (I'm a brown belt) and in the journey for a healthier me.

Talk about making it all worth while. Who cares if I lose another pound! If I inspire my kids to give it their all in everything they do.... I feel like my existence on earth is justified.
