  • There is no research saying that FASTING is unhealthy and actually can be good for you if you are in a plateau or want to increase your insulin resistance, etc. Cleanses that use pills or whatever are not good for you usually so I would stay away from those.
  • Thank you!!! And I agree, they want your money end of story. And yes, there is a lot of research backing up intermittent fasting not cleanses. It seems as though people misinterpreted me...
  • http://www.marksdailyapple.com/fasting/#axzz1nouqJSYw Intermittent fasting kinda counts as "cleansing" but that's not its purpose. Then again, most detoxes do use fasting as the way to detox so.....I recommend you read Mark's article :)
  • No way you're 38, you look so young!
  • http://www.lynxsportswear.com/Lynx-Sports-Bra_p_8.html Amazing bras!
  • Stress can greatly hinder weightloss. I noticed that when I am at my most stressed, I either maintain or gain weight. Do some yoga/stretching, deep breathing, or listen to relaxing music (or all three at once like me haha). Turn off everything except the music and just let this whole situation get off of your mind. It…

My natural weight would be around 120lb with 18% body fat (i have a booty and boobs haha) I'm naturally very muscular and an athlete. I could leg press 400 lbs 4 sets of 10 when i weighed 118lbs. • http://www.marksdailyapple.com/why-grains-are-unhealthy/ just one perspective ^ Personally, I realized that once I took grains and unfermented dairy out of my diet, I felt soooo much better and never crashed at any point in the day and had way more energy then when i was eating a lot of carbs. now i eat more fat and am…

  • Wow! After reading all of these comments I'm super excited to start this new lifestyle! Tomorrow is going to be my first day, I'm going to start eliminating grains and such from my diet first then dairy.
  • I love my color nook :) and we got it so that it can go on the web and it thinks it's an android tablet so I can go on the android market and get great free games and get internet in tons of places!
  • I'm the same way! I literally have to force myself to eat at least half of the calories back and make it to at least eat my normal every day calories too. Who would've thought eating more food would be so difficult lol!
  • You look absolutely amazing! Your progress is such an inspiration!!! Keep up the great work :)
  • I suffer from female athlete triad syndrome so I don't think that could be it. Will drinking more water help with water retention though?
  • I'll try eliminating dairy first, I eat loads of dairy, this may be the culprit! Also, are there gluten free breads?
  • @Clukis About a month
  • Your comments always make me laugh ahahaha :)
  • Skinless, grilled chicken is what I would do! I myself was a vegetarian for about 2 years but I was severely lacking on the protein department and suffering from anorexia nervosa (which was partly why i went veg). When I first added meat back, I got sick but not throw-up sick. Severe stomach pains. But I have an abnormally…

  • They are horrible for you, if not worse than regular soda in moderation! The artificial sweeteners they use in them are bad for your health, can make you eat more in a sitting, and may possibly be linked to diseases and other health problems. Have a normal soda if you MUST but very infrequently. I've cut soda out of my…
  • Bone structure remains the same, your body fat can decrease and therefore your waist and hip measurements will decrease. Hope i was helpful :)
  • I feel your pain! Near me they do a 10 for 10 deal which helps a lot with the price. But like the others said, getting the big tubs really helps. And it also cuts down some of the sugar content too. I add fresh fruit usually or use it in recipes.
  • Could be muscle mass if you were doing a lot of cardio. And wow your scale sounds really neat do you mind if I ask what brand/type it is? haha :)
  • Thanks everybody!! I think I'm going to go to the 250 calorie deficit and possibly buy myself a heart rate monitor :)
  • I love the cold! lol but I still dress right when I go out. Layers, layers, layers. For me, I wear a sports bra shirt, a t shirt and then a light, long-sleeved windbreaker jacket and 1 layer ion my legs. Which is usually my under armor pants. Good luck :)
  • I'm now, after my 3 surgeries since 2010, at the higher end of the "normal" range. However my height to waist ratio is very healthy. I just need to lose the fat that I accumulated while being inactive after my surgeries. I am currently 134 lbs, a lot of fat solely around my lower abs, and quite muscular. And yeah I believe…
  • I usually only eat Nutella when I'm craving chocolate and don't want to have candy but it really isn't all that healthy. Natural peanut butter......i love it lol. I eat it like 4 times a week and it tastes reallly good to me, I don't even like the taste of regular peanut butter anymore!
