Hi I'm 52 and post menopause need to loose 50 lbs. I started tracking again. My goal it to track 100g of protein and 100 oz of water every day.

I am 48 yrs old and 5'2" short and the heaviest I have ever been about 210 lbs. I need to get me a new scale. I was just diagost with Basel joint arthritis and had to cancel my Boot camp membership. I am only allowed to do cardio but nothing using my hands if I want to get better.

sorry I did not poste this weekend. Friday I went camping with the boys scouts and did a lot of hiking.

I did not do any yesterday but I already took my first 15 minute break at work and went for my walk. My goal is another 15 min in the afternoon and then walk on the treadmill later at home.

I did good yesterday. Walked at my break for 10 minutes and jumped on the eliptical for 20 min when I got home.

Hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. My son's troop is hosting a Flags at Fairhaven day. Tomorrow we will be going to the cemetary and place american flags on our veteran's headstones so that it looks nice for Memorial Day ceremony.

Hello All, Hope you all have a nice weekend. I went to a family party and danced a lot so got a lot of the workout done :-) It is hard for me to log in on the weekend. The phone app does not work well on my phone.

I go visit my elderly mom almost every day and my 12 yr old son just go intersted on working out so we have started to use my mom's appt gym. It is small but its free. I went a over the 1200 calories and that is due to junk food. I need carry more fruits and veggies with me. Today I brought banana, apple, orange, soy beans to work so that will be my snack instead of junk food.
