After taking 5 days off I restarted at level 1 for 4 days! Will start back at level 2 tomorrow morning!!

I missed 5 days in a row last week. I was up to Level 2, Day 2 on Sunday 9/23. Since I skipped 9/24-28, I started back with Level 1 on Saturday 9/29. I'll do Level 1 for a few days then move back up to Level 2! I'm determined to wake up early every morning this week and shred away!!!

I completed level 1 day 9 this morning... I'm getting excited to move onto level 2 and mix it up! It's boring doing the same workout over and over, but I love the results I'm seeing and feeling!! :)

I just completed day 7 (level 1) this morning! I'm also running or power walking 3-5 days/week! I can already see results and I've lost 1.5 lbs and 1 inch just in the first week!!

I eat most of mine, but usually have 100-200 kcal left over at the end of the day! I've been losing at my goal rate!

I took yesterday off from 30DS as well (which would have been day 6), and I did a 3 mile run instead. I have a different work schedule on Fridays (working at 6am instead of 7am), so I'll be taking every Friday off from 30DS. I used 10 lb weights for the first two days, but had to buy 8 lb weights for some of the moves! It's still really intense, but I think we're all getting a great workout with 3, 5, 8, 10 or whatever level we fall into!! Great job everyone! I also just completed 5 weeks of kickboxing and calisthenics, which has really helped…

Today was day 5 for me and I'm feeling great. I also ran for 20 minutes before 30DS this morning. I would like to run for at least 30 minutes, but I wake up at 3:45am to try to get outside by 4am. I have to be inside "shredding" by 4:30am to leave the house for work at 5:50am. Anyways, I'm trying to work out the best…

I definitely feel like I'm burning 275-300!! I also use 8 or 10 lb weights.

Per my polar HRM I burned 275 kcal day 1 and 2, and this morning I burned 300 kcal. I timed it from warm-up through cool down. Stats: 64 in 157 lbs

I'm using 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and it's a great workout! I wish I had 8 lbs for a few of the moves!

I did level 1 day 2 this morning, and my HRM said I burned 275 calories in 25 minutes! I used 10 lb weights because thats all I have! Wish i had 8 lbs, especially for the side lunge move!!

I'm in!! I just completed day 1 today! I'm adding cardio as well, since the workouts are only 20 minutes.

We use a heavy punching bag, so the band (and myself) doesn't get punched and kicked, fortunately!! The watch fit perfectly under my boxing gloves too!
