Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies, yes they are low carb AND low calorie!

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 egg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Mix the oatmeal, peanut butter, sugar substitute, vanilla and egg all together. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

Flatten the cookies. Bake 9-10 minutes.
