True. Comes down to time though. I have to put in a lot of cardio to maintain my weight unfortunately so 3 days are lifting, 3 days are running 4-5 miles, one day is set aside to rest. Don't inject yourself with male hormones. Problem solved. Don't starve yourself. You can't spot reduce fat by just focusing on abs. I think those three things pretty much cover it.

That was something I struggled with for a while, especially in the beginning. And I won't lie and say that people didn't say evil hateful things to me. What I will say is that your life is yours, not theirs. Put the headphones on and set the course of your ship to the correct one.

My sweety inspires me and supports me as I do her. We are both active. I wouldn't have it any other way. Unsupportive spouses, especially in this realm where you're trying to get healthier, are being selfish IMO. Being together means being a team, not an anchor.

I agree and good topic. When I was a wrestler I could do these pretty well. Unfortunately even after a year of running and hitting the gym I still cannot do one of these. One day. I'm working on it. The less I weigh, the easier a pull up will be.
