  • Hey I am between 5'2 and 5'3. I am now at 136. My goal is 130. I am currently wearing a size 6. Wow! single digit clothing. FUN
  • Everybody keeps asking me, "What did you do" or "What are you doing to lose the weight." I tell them the same thing, "I log EVERYTHING I eat." When they tell me that is too much work and they dont have the time, I stop the conversation. For those who are still interested I tell them more. It works if you are diligent about…
  • WTG! You look greatt
  • My sister wants to bring hers on a cruise with her.
  • I didnt like how my tricepts were begininng to take up residents over my elbows.
  • I always thought of sweet potatoes as that mushy mess that looks like baby food. Recently my sister introduced me to a way to eat them that even got my mother (who never eats any vegetables) eating them and asking for more. I slice them up, put on baking sheet, sprinkle with cajan seasoning and cook on each side for 13 min…
  • one word FANTASTIC (I guess that is acutally more than one-I was never any good at math)
  • I looked at your diary and noticed you are also not tracking your sodium. I know that sometimes plays a roll in many key factors. I know when I have too much sodium, I feel icky and my body disguises it for hunger. I also agree with drinking more and more water before the gym. Today I forgot my water bottle at home and had…
  • Love my wrists. Not too fond of the thighs
  • I just had a salad for dinner and all I ever use is fresh salsa. I get it at my local grocery store and it is 10 calories in two tablespoons. YUMMY! Also, if it is spicy, it makes me feel like I am eating more and in turn I get fuller quicker.
  • I can't even mention my weight loss to a coworker because she always calls me nasty names when I do. Instead, other people walk by me and comment on how good I look. I smile and say thanks secretly smirking in her direction. But I honestly know the feeling. It sucks to me around people who look better than I used to look.…
  • I too have extra calories and MFP yells at me saying I am eating too few calories. But here is the question...We get back all of these calories for exercising but nothing else. The sodium doesnt go down, neither does the carbs or anything else. So what the heck do you eat then???
  • Okeedokee, So thank you for making your food diary available to view. From what I can see, a lot of it is coming from your carbs. It looks like you are eating bread at every meal. Try lowering it to two meals at most for now. You should see a difference. Good luck.
  • Not only do you look amazing, I can tell you feel amazing. The girl in the first pic looks very sad. You, on the other hand, are a new person. Way to go
  • Fantastic. Those are those unmeasurable milestones that matter the most. (Wow tha'ts a lot of alliteration)
  • There is nothing more I want than to eat a big, hot, gooey, plate of cheese fries. The place I go to uses Merkts cheese. Then they place it in the hot dog steamers so all of the cheese melts so wonderfully. I dont even go into the store that makes them. I know I wont be able to resist. As far as everything else. I try to…
  • Just play around. You will get used to it in no time.

  • I earned back 400 calories when I worked out today. I will get home from work by 9:00. I know I shouldnt but I will probably have a little something then. I have snacks that are around 100 calories. If you are hungy then eat.
  • great guns
  • If they area year old it is possible the miles on them are wearing off and you need a new pair. I just started wearing my Brooks and I love them. I was getting tingeling in my hands until someone told me how to properly hold my hands. Maybe you are clentching your toes (without you knowing it) and in turn making your feet…
  • Wholly Cow! Yes, yes, and yes!! Lower your salt intake. Just a side note...that is why when going out for Chinese..you say NO MSG. they are prone to cause headaches.
  • I used to think that little men lived in the stoplights and they had radios to call one another when it was time to change the light.
  • First thing first. Don't call it a diet. They fail. Call it a lifestyle change becuase that is what you have to do. It is one of the hardest thing I have done to date. I too currently work full time as a teacher, part time a few nights a week, and I go to grad school. Oh did I mention that I too am a mommy. Take your kid…
  • Ok if there is anyone that can empathize it is me. I started about three months ago on a treadmill thinking that walking at a speed of 3.0 was fast. I told my sister that I will NEVER run. Today I got the treadmill up to 5.8 and I ran what is the eqivilant of a 5k in 38 minutes. Start slow. I didn't mention that like you I…
  • So I wonder if this fits in this section... Why do we park on a driveway and drive on a parkway? Why is there braile on a drive up ATM machine?
  • Ok so I didn't loose weight but I didn't gain either. Weight goal- My next weeks goal is to loose 1 lb. Exercise goal- get up to 5.0 on treadmil. I did the 4.7. Woohoo for me! Personal goal- try not to get so forgetful. I have left waterbottle in two different places and my lunch at home. Arg! Football goal- Saints need to…
  • I am having taco fiesta but I leave out the tortilla shell. I save myself over 100 calories. Instead, I used heaps and heaps of romain.
  • I take a pouch of tuna (90cal) and I put a few tablespoons of hot salsa (5 cals p/2 tbs). I put it on a mini wheat bagel (90) cals. Couldnt be easier.
