I had the sleeve done on December 2nd, 2019. I'm female and I started at 294.4 and am at 272.8 and still losing. My biggest obstacle besides getting enough water each day is getting enough protein. I hate protein shakes and I can't eat very much right now. Feel free to add me.

Thank you for the recommendation on electrolytes. I took some potassium and magnesium last night and I think it helped a little. I'm going to take more tonight and try to get my levels up. I get a lot of sodium, so hopefully that's not the issue, but I am going to start tracking it.

I've been on and off MFP for years. I'm trying this again. I would like to lose around 150 pounds total. 30 pounds is my first weight goal. I've lost 3 so far, which I'm sure is water weight. I am on a low carb, high fat, and primal lifestyle. I would love to have new friends.

I've been here for a while, but I've been inactive on MFP. I am starting back up again and would love more friends. Feel free to add me!

I just got my charge HR and am looking for friends. Here is my profile link. https://www.fitbit.com/user/22NX6L I am also going to start whole30 this weekend, so anyone who does that or Primal/Paleo would be appreciated, but all friends are welcome. :)

Is it possible that I'm doing too many changes too soon?

I'm not more stressed than usual. I am still following paleo with a glass of milk once in a while, but I started LCHF because I want to keep my blood sugar levels in check, since I have a family history of diabetes.

Sugar from the Carmel, syrup, and whipped cream would be my guess!

I haven't changed soaps or lotions. The only thing I can think of is that I've been using a bit more coconut oil in my cooking. Maybe I need to pare that back and work my way up? As for the bet, my scale is really messing up. I weighed myself twice today (to give more information to the customer service rep, if they ever…

Feel free to add me!

I would love to have more keto friends! I am looking to lose 100+ pounds right now, and I've just recently started doing keto/primal.

I'm not sure how much magnesium I take in a day (my oral supplement is 100 mg) because I also use the Wellness Mama magnesium oil (google it, it will be the first result). I do a few sprays on my body every few days. I've noticed that my headaches/migraines have been drastically reduced in frequency and severity, and I've…

Thank you! I upped my water intake and started taking an electrolyte stamina supplement, which has helped a bit. I'll try scraping my tongue when I get home to see if it helps too.

I'm starting over again, too. This has been a stressful year for me, and I turned to food for comfort. And I started a new medication, which helped me to gain 15 pounds in the last 5 weeks. :-o So, I am going to work on reducing the bad foods in my house this week and plan and prepare for good food shopping this weekend so…

My name is #1956 of the most common female names. I had a ton of classmates named "Jenny" or "Jennifer" with me. Boo. My daughter's name is rare enough that there's no number attached to it. I just spelled it differently, I guess. My son's name is #445.

I love rainier cherries!

The first one is beautiful!

I have two kids, 5 and almost 3, and I'm looking to lose about 100 pounds, too. I am on the Primal Lifestyle, which is high protein/fat and low carb. Feel free to add me! I like supporting friends, no matter how they eat, as long as they're healthy.
-
I keep mine closed because I don't use it for EVERYTHING, so it's not accurate anyway. Plus, I'm on the Primal lifestyle and I prefer not to get comments from vegetarians and vegans about my food choices.

My young kids call those kind of drivers "bad bananas." It takes away my road rage like that *snaps*

That one made me laugh so hard.

All I can tell you is that you didn't gain weight overnight, and you're not going to lose it overnight. If you hit a rough patch, plateau, or just have a case of losing your will, remember that the next day will get better. There are a ton of people on this site who will listen to what you've been doing and will make…

Very true. One of my coworkers is training for a triathalon and when I told him I was working on the C25K program, he gave me a pat on the back. It was encouraging. I just can't believe people would veer toward runners or flip them off. Who does THAT? Ugh.

Great job! Keep it up!

Start out small and use a printed calendar. Maybe your first goal can be to cut out sodas and sugary drinks. Draw an X for every day that you make your goal. Once that gets easier, add another goal, like having a serving of fruit or veggies with every meal. Making small, manageable changes is a lot easier than trying to do…

Definitely both. I'm still of feeling terrible. I also want to be able to fit into some cute clothes which don't come in plus sizes.

I love dancing! I'm trying to like jogging/running, but it just isn't happening yet.

When you lay down and you wonder what the hell is under your body and making you uncomfortable. You look around and nothing's there. You lay down again and feel it again. Then you realize it's a fat roll. UGH. No more!
