Im the same with sugar / chocolate...and its hindering my weight loss! I must resist. I wouldnt cut out carbs altogether though, just opt for a smaller portion and wholegrain pasta / brown rice, then have more veggies to fill up on...

I use Maxitone Sculptress (powder to make shakes). They're good for muscle repair and also fill you up. I usually have one either an hour before I train or if I train after work, I'll have it after my session to keep me going until dinner time! :)

Looks like you've had some great support here, but one other thing I would say - no matter how tired / lethargic you are, try and do a little exercise. Even if its just a walk round the park, the more you exercise, the more energetic you'll feel! Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I usually aim for 2ltrs,…

Definitely try and focus on your breathing, although it tends to come naturally once you start running a bit more and get in to a natural stride. Sounds like everyone on here has given you sound advise, but Runners World are good at tips for things for like this so when you have time, take a peek on there! :)

A Cadbury Freddo bar is only about 90 cals and usually does the job for me (unless its like last night where I scoffed nearly a whole box of Maltesers!! Oh well, they are lighter than oridinary chocolate...!!!!) Feel free to add me too, Im in Berkshire, UK! x
