    Im in the uk! Hertfordshire to be precise!
    Weight loss is at a stand still if not in reverse as have had a few days of self sabotage but back on it today and everything's going well so far!
    Got the kids about over the holidays so could be a test food wise the next few weeks!
    Where abouts are you?

    I'm in the UK - Essex!

    It's also the school holidays here, but I managed to lose a pound this fortnight. I'm down to losing half a pound a week. I've lost over 20lbs lost since joining this website at the end of March and about 70lbs lost overall in a year.
