how many times do you work out?

I am aiming for 9 workouts a week right now but usually only averaging 7.
3x running
3x biking (usually only getting 2 a week)
3x swimming (I'm only getting 1-2 a week though)0 -
I try to workout 5-6 times per week. At least one of those days is for yoga/pilates to help keep me feeling limber. Otherwise I'm doing cardio and weights, or just cardio at the gym. Never anything less than 30 minutes.0
-
Cardio 3 days a week for 90 minutes, strength 3 days a week for 60-90 minutes, Fridays off. More than one day off and I start losing motivation.0

I work out every day (except when I can't fit it in my schedule, like travel days), though some days I just do an hour of walking, and other days I'll do a mixture of stuff including cardio, weights, calisthenics. If I only have 30 minutes to work out I'll do something more cardio heavy.0

gym 3 times a week (usually MWF) - mixture of treadmill/elliptical/weights (currently swimming due to injury)
volleyball 1-2 times a week (sometimes replaced by day hikes)
=> 4-5 times a week0 -
6 days a week. Some weeks I do 5 times in the gym and 1 long walk, other times I do all my sessions in the gym. Depends on how crazy my days are with work and dogs and kid and extra shifts0

5-6 times a week. Cardio daily and lifting 5 days. But not more than an hour.

I used to do 30 day shred, go on my elliptical around 5-6 times a week and went hiking, but have got a free 2 month membership at Les Mills which started before Christmas.
Since then I have been going to bodypump three times a week, am now in week 8 of C25K (even did a 35min run the other day), have gone to body attack as often as my schedule allows (I work rostered and rotating)- sometimes I have gone 4 times in a week, this week I haven't managed any , and I have been going to around 2-3 CXworx classes a week. And walk the dog sometimes as well for 1 hour.
I really enjoy going to Les Mills classes and will probably join up when my free membership finishes.0 -
Currently doing Insanity - so 6 days a week for that (x5 intense workouts and x1 recovery workout)
I also top up with hiking, mountain biking etc at the weekends.
Usually when I'm not doing Insanity, I'll do 5 "proper/hard" workouts a week and then several additional "fun" workouts.0 -
Heavy weight lifting 3x a week
If I'm full of energy and time I'll do cardio on rest days at random, usually some fort of HIIT. The idea of sweating it out in the gym 5 times a week on cardio equipment is really silly to me! But I guess it works for those people.0 -
6 days a week with Turbo Fire.
Sunday: Strength training - 20 minute lower body class + 10 minute abs class + 10 minute stretch
Monday: Strength training - 20 minute core class + 20 minute upper body class + 10 minute stretch
Tuesday: Cardio - 60 minute cardio class + 10 minute abs class + 10 minute stretch
Wednesday: Strength training and long stretch - 30 minute tone class + 40 minute stretch
Thursday: Cardio - 30 minute HIIT class + 10 minute abs class + 10 minute stretch
Friday: Strength training - 30 minute sculpt class + 10 minute stretch
Saturday: Rest day (Though sometimes I do some fun stuff on my Wii Fit and when it's warmer outside I'll probably be biking or swimming outside.)0 -

I work out 7x per week, ranging from 1 hour to almost 2 hours.
All of the below exercises are included in times above.
3x per week weights- alternating M W F and T Th S
7x per week aerobics- 32-52 minutes
7x per week walking- every evening 20-30 minutes and other times when I have extra energy0 -
Right now, Im lifting weights for 35 mins. doing pyramid supersets with high reps, 50 reps down to 5 reps in six sets, then 30 mins cardio afterwards. Suppose to do cardio, 30 mins. morning, but been sick and trying to get some rest.
workout out all 7 days, weekends are only cardio though...sometimes I dont get the cardio in though.0 -
i do weights, walking and wii fit every day0

I work out 40 minutes 3-4x a week0

I'm doing 2x per day, at least 60 minutes. I do strength training with a trainer twice a week, and 1-2 times per week on my own. Cardio the rest of the time. I try to vary the cardio: Mostly I do the elliptical, but I also work in time on the rowing machine, stationary bike and stepper. I also do brisk walk/jogs with my dog every day--unless it's raining. (Schnauzers apparently fear melting when it drizzles.)
I admit, I've been going a bit overboard on the exercise the last few months. But I still have nearly 80 pounds to get to my "ideal" body weight, and 60-70 to get to the weight I'll probably be happy to live with. And I feel better than I have in years.
Amazing weight loss!!!0 -
I try for at least 5 days a week. I mix elliptical, bicycle, stair machine, and jogging.

My goal is 16 times. But I rarely meet that.0

 5-6 TIMES A WEEK0
-
saw a personal trainer for the first time about a couple weeks ago and where I was averaging 2-3 times a week pre-trainer, the routine she built for me was so fun I'm averaging 6 times a week now. I see her again next month and can't wait; I had no idea how much of a benefit it would be for me to have someone else build my workouts.0
-
I do 4-5 days!0
-
I strength train twice a week, run 3/4 times a week, and cycle 3 times a week. Some simple math will tell you that some of these are two a day workouts. I always try to get a rest day in which for me is usually active rest - an easy hike or such.0
-
I try to do cardio 4 days a week for over an hour.0
-
As often as I need to get under calorie - at least 30 minutes everyday for me.0
-
I work out 40 minutes 3-4x a week
same as this gal...........weights only, no cardio0
