how many times do you work out?

as the subject says, how many times do you workout in say a weeks time?

    I usually work out 5-6 times a week.

    I am trying for 5 times a week... So far only have been able to do it 3 times... But I have a goal!

    mondays i do weight lifting - upper body +20 minutes cardio. tuesdays i do 40 minutes cardio, wednesdays i rest or do yoga, thursday i do weights - lower body + 20 minutes cardio, friday i do 40 minutes cardio, saturday i do weights, - full body, sunday is rest day.

    I work out twice a day (30 minutes at a time, usually), 6-7 days a week. I am fortunate enough, however, to have a home gym. I know that's a lot of exercise, but I have 48 pounds to lose and exercise is the only way I've found to combat my depression naturally. I have a lot more energy too; I'm not falling asleep halfway through the day!

    Right now, I use an elliptical, stretch, jump rope, do yoga, pilates, and dabble in exercise videos on Netflix.

    When it warms up again, I will do more outdoor things like walking, biking, or--my favorite--hiking.

    currently : cardio - 7x week; circuit/miscellaneous 3x week

    Monday 1 hour strength training + cardio (If im off, I'll take a class can get another hour of cardio in)

    Tuesday 1 hour cardio

    Wed 1 hour strength training wtih trainer

    Thur 1 hour cardio

    Fri 1 hour TRX (strength training cool/fun) class

    (I go to the gym that is only 2 blocks away over my lunch hour everyday)

    Oh, and I forgot to mention . . I love every minute of it. Well, maybe not the cardio so much lol

    I am shooting for 4 times a week, now I am seeing everyone else doing more lol but starting out slow and building up

    My minimum is 3 times per week for 60 minutes but I am going for 4-5 times a week.

    6-7 days a week. 30-60 minutes. All cardio. I'll work on toning up more when I get a little closer to my goal.

    I'm doing 2x per day, at least 60 minutes. I do strength training with a trainer twice a week, and 1-2 times per week on my own. Cardio the rest of the time. I try to vary the cardio: Mostly I do the elliptical, but I also work in time on the rowing machine, stationary bike and stepper. I also do brisk walk/jogs with my dog every day--unless it's raining. (Schnauzers apparently fear melting when it drizzles.)

    I admit, I've been going a bit overboard on the exercise the last few months. But I still have nearly 80 pounds to get to my "ideal" body weight, and 60-70 to get to the weight I'll probably be happy to live with. And I feel better than I have in years.

    4-5 times a week. Weekends are iffy because I stay at someone else's house.
  • I try to do 30mins of cardio daily. Sometimes I'll ride my bike, walk, or play kinect games as well. I don't have the time to do much more on work days because I do 12 hr shifts. I put in extra time on days off if possible.
  • I work out on average 4 hours a day 7 days a week..but in all fairness...it's my business.
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do 45-60 min of cardio and my stregth training,
    Tuesday and Thursday I do 60 min of just cardio

    I do 45 minutes to 2 hours (depending on my mood) of cardio a day (usually commute to and from work - longer bike rides on the weekend).

    Every two days I get to the gym for strength training. I also do a little extra cardio on those days as a warmup.
  • cardio 7x a week. Atleast 60 minutes sometimes over 3 hours running/cycling
    weights 3 times a week
    swimming 3 times a week (i guess this could be up with cardio)
    Biggest peak day for me upcoming is going to be in the summer, about 8 hours of a brick workout

    Mondays: Run and Strength Train, plus Plank a Day
    Tuesdays: Plank A Day and 100 push up challenge Day 1 of the week
    Wednesdays: Run plus plank a day/strength training
    Thursdays: Run and currently strength training, but will be just a running/yoga day in a month, plank a day
    Fridays: Strength Train, plank a day, Day 2 of the week 100 push up challenge
    Saturdays: Long Run, Yoga, plank a day
    Sundays: Run/plank a day/100 push up challenge

    Sunday - Cardio/long run
    Monday - Pilates class (1 hour) & cardio in afternoon
    Tuesday - Weights & cardio in AM & maybe a light run in PM
    Wednesday - Pilates class (1 hour) & cardio in afternoon
    Thursday - Weights & cardio in AM & maybe a light run in PM OR a Rest Day
    Friday - Run in afternoon (optional)
    Saturday - Weights & cardio in AM

    Hmm. I think I might need to put in another rest day looking at this schedule.

    6-7 days a week. I usually only take a rest day when my body truly needs it. Usually 6 days regular, and one day not as intense.

    40 Minutes 4x a week.

    10 minutes high intensity cardio pre-lifting to boost heart rate

    Monday - Arms
    Tuesday - Floater off day
    Wednesday - Chest
    Thursday - Back
    Friday - Shoulders
    Sat/Sun - OFF
