I've been wondering this myself coz the worst area for me is my tummy, do you suck it in or let it all hang out. My arm and leg are the easiest because I have a freckle on both my arm and leg and I just put the tape measure on roughly the same spot

Thanks everyone for your replies :) I have started using the treadmill and loving it. I have it set up in front of the tv upstairs (where kids cant go) and am using it once kids have gone to bed. I don't like vegetables either. I eat potato, corn, pumpkin and carrot. If you see no greens :/ I've tried but I feel like I'm going to spew when I eat them, I know it's a mind thing.
