Does anyone know how many extra calories I should be eating because i am nursing my 2 month old infant. I am eating 1290 based on my height and weight. How many more calories should I be consuming?

I was wondering the same thing! I did a search for "nursing" and found some helpful posts. It seems like 500 extra calories was the most popular answer. I'll probably try that too. Good luck!0

Yeah I would say at least 1600-1800, otherwise you might feel tired and no energy.
I'm still feeding but only once at night now0
