Roasted half an acorn squash. About 3/4 thru I stuffed it with 1/2c leftover cornbread crumbled with 2 chopped hot n spicy soysauge patties. Sprinkled with veggie stock and finished roast. Had it with grande Starbucks Very Berry Hibiscus tea, no adds. Still have tea left.

Basically, me too. I eat a mass of greens of all kinds. Raw or steamed without oil they are extremely low cal, high fiber and vitamin loaded. I can have a huge plate of veggies for less calories.

Tomorrow I plan on roasting half an acorn squash. Then filling that half with a mix of leftover cornbread, hot n spicy soysage, diced onion, sage, craisin and a shot of veg broth when about 1/2 roasted. May be a carb load but mmmmmm dinner.
