  • Yeah, I know. It's just a "moment". Thanks for your support. I quitted about a year ago. And have been living healthy ever since. Been doing a lot of cardio and all of that. I managed a weight loss of 70 lbs. I am however, not addicted. It's just that, i've been living a healthy life stye for almost a year and today I…
  • Thanks for the reply. I totally understand that it's bad as i've stopped smoking for almost a year now. Today, I had a couple cigs. It's just I regret doing so now... ugh.
  • So, i've been eating since Thursday. Buffets, junk food, you name it, I ate it! I will get back on track tomorrow and will avoid hopping on the scale for awhile.
  • Wow, I thought I was the only one doing this! But it's really good!! Fat doesn't make you fat! It's the calories that make you fat. Unless you're on a specific diet?
  • Eating all out this week / weekend! Will be back on track monday!
  • Oh, I can handle it. I was just curious you know? I mean I have been eating absolutely clean for literally 6 months straight. This is the first time in forever that I've eaten at a buffet or "junk" food period. Yeah, people give me crap all of the time but I just be like whatever and don't eat it. I mean, I did manage that…
  • Yeah, I was thinking about treating myself this weekend without thinking about the calories but still do my usual workout and start fresh again the following week.
  • Thank you! Everyone sees it as a diet but its more of a life style! The funny thing is I went MIA and didn't talk to any of my friends or anyone at all during the process. 4 months later, they didn't even know who I was.
  • Thank you! Anyone can do it, really. Anything is possible if you want it THAT bad. Good luck to you guys who are on the journey. You will make it. It just takes time!
  • Thank you!
  • Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it! I am indeed very proud and glad that I made it through. It was quite an experience, yet hard but a fun journey!
  • Out of money at the moment haha.
  • Thanks guys! I found something better than the packaged noodles. Canned vegetable soup. Half the calories, carbs and sodium of the noodles. Thanks again!
  • A moment on the lips. A lifetime on the hips.
  • ate all of
  • It shouldn't affect you in anyway. You can starve yourself all day and eat all your calories for dinner and still get the same results! As long as you get in your macros. I was just curious on who else had a busy schedule or have done this before.
  • What I do is boil my chicken breast in water and eat it just like that! No seasoning or anything! As long as you get your nutrients right?
  • Awesome, this makes me feel a little better drinking them now! I really do enjoy all of their flavors.
  • That does sound like a good idea! Let me know the results! Anyone else had this Izze drink before?
  • I, however don't have a set time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner like most folks. I guess asian people tend to eat whenever they're hungry. Since, I am on a diet now, I like to eat the american style but usually my dinner is around 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
  • I still have this problem sometimes. Once I grab a "quick" snack, I tend to grab another and another. Somethings that helped me was doing things around the house, garden work, a cat nap, something to keep you busy for a couple hours or so until your dinner time. Try having some complex carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes.…
  • Feel free to eat whatever you want IMHO. It's only on occasions, not everyday. Don't deprive yourself from foods you enjoy eating. Just enjoy the day and have fun. However, once you've ate all that delicious fried food. Get back on track like nothing happened and you'll still see results. The only thing when I do that is,…
  • Definitely try it! At first, I was hesitant about it but it tasted fantastic!
  • I have been using some cheap plastic ones from Wal-Mart. As long as it gets the job done, it's good! But, I would like some higher end stainless steel ones though.
  • Thanks, everyone for the suggestions! I will definitely go coffee hunting tomorrow!
  • I don't really consume anything tasty anymore, as long as it has all the nutrients that I need, I am good! But I think I would just say, boiled chicken breast, boiled asparagus, and a sweet potato.
  • I honestly just eat them. Like that one saying, "If it tastes good, spit it out." Or maybe you can try drinking a V8 juice or something to get in your veggies. However, I prefer eating them fresh!
  • I definitely know how you feel about braces! I've had them for almost two years now. I will be getting the off soon! When I first got my braces, all I ate was soups, smoothies, and pretty much anything soft. However, within a couple weeks or so, my braces weren't painful anymore and I started eating whatever. Peanuts,…
  • I wouldn't say it's 100 calories, but when I was on a cut. I always over estimated things that I couldn't find a nutrition label for. It seems to work best for me!
  • Wow, where did you purchase them? I am addict when it comes to peanuts! I just hate it when I lose track of how many I eat. I will definitely be purchasing these tomorrow!
