I use them as a replacement for breakfast. It's a great way to start the day. Plus it's nice and thick which helps me swallow my gigantic vitamins, lol.

I am using hypnosis mp3 downloads to work on a really intense phobia of needles that I have and although I have not had any injections or blood taken since starting, I can honestly say that the idea of having it done barely bothers me anymore. That is amazing as far as I'm concerned. I'm planning to try another one soon…

I have actually never gone to a Zumba class.. I am intimidated by group workouts! I do love doing Zumba using Kinect for XBox 360 though :)

Most of the crave snacks aren't that bad if you just measure out the portion. So, if you want it, just go for it. But the thing that has helped me most is asking myself "is this worth it?" Sometimes just asking makes me realize its actually not... but other times, heck yes it is worth it and I go for it.

I do Zumba using XBox Kinect. This has been the best purchase.. I do SOO many fun games to supplement other DVDs and such. If you have some money to treat yourself, it is so worth buying the system.

Oh, bummer.. So now I don't even know if the HRM is accurate! Ugh. I wonder if I should continue on with the meds or not. I am using both vco and acv but I am also counting cals and working out so its hard to determine what does what. I will let you know if i see any stomach flattening.. that's my hope!

Ok, I got some coconut oil. Now, I heard some people just eat a certain amount each day (like a spoonful) to help flatten your stomach. What is the best way for me to take this to get that flattening result? Or am I confusing this with apple cider vinegar? Aahh.. I think I've read too much :)

Try to challenge yourself to eat more fruits and veggies. I do better when I am vigilant about that. If water bores ya, try brewing some flavored tea or green tea and have it as unsweetened iced tea.
