I have only done zumba videos I am too awkward of a dancer to be in a class :P but for me it is really fun and works up a sweat!! I am feeling the exact same way but you have to just accept the fact that the binging happened it was a mistake and it has to stop somewhere. simple as that! and maybe find someone who can keep you accountable to not mess up again!
