  • Don't get frustrated even at my lowest weight I still had High Cholesterol it can be genetic. You know sometimes you get health issues even when you are fit as anything. I know it happened to me. Hang in there :flowerforyou:

During the day are not so often anymore but I have a new thing my upper left arm itches like nobodies business after a hot flash. luckly no getting light headed or anything like that
  • I run at a faster pace on a TM because I up the pace and stay at that pace consistently for the whole run. I love running outside I'm a little slower because I look around my pace sometimes slows and then speeds back up.

  • Hello Welcome! Chemo can kick you butt - you do what you can and don't overdo it - the best I could do was to eat healthy and clean as possble. Do what you can and don't sweat it. Congratulations on the 20LBs!
