Food Question
I tried eating my hummus today with cucumber instead of crackers to cut back a bit more on carbs. UGH--heartburn now. I am not sure if I can handle raw carrots or celery at this point (9 weeks) any suggestions? Thanks, Donna

I am so excited! I finally dropped 5.4 lbs. Broker that stall...I have increased my activity, upped my calories and protein and started taking 2 coconut oil caps. a day to help move things along in the bathroom. I am so excited! I finally dropped 5.4 lbs. Broker that stall...I have increased my activity, upped my calories and protein and started taking 2 coconut oil caps. a day to help move things along in the bathroom.
