Hot Yoga

Deadlift
So I have recently started back into heavy lifting and include deadlifts. Which I have grown to hate but I hate how it ruins my knees/shins. Does anyone else have problems with this? My shins are scraped from the bar and sometimes the bar scrapes my knees on the way down. Not sure if my form is off or what. I thought about…

MFP Calculations
When I put my exercise into MFP, I like to think the calories are accurate. Is this true? It seems somewhat right because you burn 100 calories when running and since you log the time it takes you to run a mile plus for how long you ran, shouldn't the numbers to close to what you actually burned. I'm not sure on the…
