Listen to my stomach or count calories?
I'm wondering if I'm not hungry and calorie count is still low for the day should I eat or not? Would I go into starvation mode and metabolism shut down if I don't eat enough calories?

Feeling down and disgusted, what used to be enjoyable now feels like a diet

Can't change my calorie goal?
Do we actually have to pay the premium just to change our calorie goal mine is showing 2250 for some reason, and I want it to show 2000. I go to edit it but when I come back to the diary it doesn't change. I'm not paying $50 just to change my calories and macros, that's insane!

Having a hard time getting into ketosis, any ideas why?
I bought a blood ketone reader and it is showing 0.4 and 0.7 the 2 times I've checked. I'm eating pretty close to zero carbs a day, but still struggling to get into ketosis? Not losing weight, not losing inches, and getting pretty frustrated :(

Still not losing and 27 carbs a day may be to blame
That's the number the keto calculator gave me for carbs but I think I am so metabolicly (is that a word?) challenged from 30 years of yoyo dieting that 27 may still be too high. Avoid veggies to keep carbs down?
I'm actually starting to miss broccoli cauliflower and salads as I've stopped eating vegetables bc it's one of the ways I keep my carb count down, is this healthy, is it ok to have veggie carbs bc of the fiber? Should I eat them and not worry about the carb count that they add?

How to add fat to feel full without adding carbs or protein?
I've been eating a half stick of butter to help me to feel full, and that's all fine and good, but are there any other foods that will help fill me up without adding carbs (avocados), or adding protein (cheese)?

How low is too low for blood sugar?
Since starting LCHF, really tracking it like I should, I'm down 4 lbs since last week (yay!) And my blood sugar is reading between 78 and 86, I'm type 2 diabetic, is this considered safe?

Already hit all my numbers and still hungry, now what?
I've already hit my calories, fat, protein, and (very low) carbs, but still have a gnawing hunger I can't seem to satisfy...I know calories count, but if I eat something else and stay on percentage how bad is it if I overeat on calories? New to all this so I'm still learning.
