Lifting only
I'm trying to reduce my body fat percentage so I'm currently focusing on lifting. Loving it! Should I feel guilty that I stopped doing cardio? I feel like I'm doing something wrong and I'll ultimately end up gaining back my weight. I KNOW that As long as I'm eating the right amount of calories I should be ok. Please advise!

Trying to get a full workout while following Body Beast
I'm trying to recomp and build muscle. Doing Body Beast and loving it. However, I find the leg workout to be too short for a day that I'm focusing on legs only. Should I do the workout twice? Any ideas how to increase the workout? Thanks.

Balancing ibs and eating clean and healthy

Water retention after exercise- to what extent?
Can any of you fitness experts provide some insight as to why the scale increased 3 lbs since I started running again consistently? I don't eat more and I look more or less the same albeit slightly bloated. Is it water retention? If yes, 3 lbs? And how long is it supposed to last?

Water retention from exercising for this long?
Since I started maintenance in September, I've been doing great. Until I added back in exercise. I was a heavy runner while losing my postpartum weight and had to stop when I went back to work. Cooking shows- I'm hooked
Since I started dieting, I became hooked on cooking shows such as Top Chef and Masterchef. I feel that if I can't eat it, T least let me watch it :) Anyone else?

Exercising at night and overeating?
The only time I could exercise is at night. I can't eat before so I'll eat dinner after, sometimes after 10:00 pm. And then I go to bed full and ugh. I'm totally within my calories for the day but I don't feel good about it. Any suggestions?

Leaky gut
I have a leaky gut and suffer terribly from stomach pain and constipation. So now the scale showed a 4 lb gain and I know it's bloat. I feel so frustrated and feel like giving up. Anyone had a similar experience and pulled through?

Need to strength train..
I did Body Beast for a month, and tried strong lifts 5x5 for a bit too. I disliked BB since it focuses on one part at a time and too seldom. I hate doing it on my own too and need to follow a dvd for motivation. Any suggestions?

BF % seems strange
I'm trying to focus on lifting now that I'm in maintenance so I decided to measure my body fat percentage with one of the online calculators recommended here on mfp. I do have diastasis recti so my stomach is distended, but it's not fat... My stats: 109 lbs, 5'3". BF %: 23%???? That makes no sense since I'm really thin.…

I'm 5'3" and weigh about 110 lbs. mfp gives me1430 to maintain. Does that seem too few?
