Dr recommended a liquid/puréed food diet for 2-3 weeks. Anyone with experience? I could use some support!

No! It's for severe stomach issues.

Did they give you a list of things that are approved or provide you with appropriate supplementation? Usually when it is related to stomach issues you get a list of things you can eat/blend and things that are banned.

I'm suspicious of this. Blending up food before consuming it does not change its effect on digestion. What "stomach issues?" That doesn't sound like a diagnosis or a recommendation for specific foods to eat or avoid.
