Anyone ever heard of correlation between pcos and heavy cardio? I read an article that weight training is the only way to go and I was wondering if anyone heard of it.

PCOS gets better with any type of exercise. Just move. Be active. The minimum recommendations of 150 mins of cardio plus 2 resistance training sessions to improve health, still apply when you have PCOS. And the more, the better.0

I have pcos. I've never read about a negative link between it and cardio. I have read recommendations for weight training. Regardless, I do both0

Agreed. Any activity is good for pcos. I would aim for a mix of both.
Do something you enjoy and can progress with. Continuity and stick-to-it-ness above the rest.0 -
That's what I thought! Thanks for clarifying!0
