Losing inches, but not losing weight.
This probably has been asked on here before and I have Googled it several times. My clothes are becoming loose, I measure my body once a month, about 2 weeks or so after my monthly and they always go down a little. Please explain to me why this happens? Ty

Do I need to be under a certain BMI to have sexy arms?
I've started working out about 14 weeks ago, my legs are starting to look nice and tone. Now I wany sexy toned arms. I'm curious though I'm Female 65" 213lbs. Will only weight loss make my arms look lean and tone? I have a lot of weight to lose still but I never had toned looking arms before

Ranch dressing!!!
Whenever I eat a salad, it has to have Ranch dressing. Please I'm open to suggestions, but I have to have something with my Salad. Anyone out there started out eating their salad with ranch dressing and now never touch that stuff anymore?

My husband is lean and trying to gain, I am obese and trying to lose weight

Fast food no longer good to me
So I had Burger King yesterday, since I started my new healthy life style I gave up fast food, but I was out and it happened. However when I ate what I did it no longer tasted good it actually made me feel worse. Has this happened to any of you?

Sickness and weight loss

Lost 15lbs should I restart my calorie intake to something less? It's at 1870
So I've lost a good 15.4 and my cal input says higher of course..my bmi is 2.6% less. There are days when I eat only 1200 calories. However I don't want to starve myself, because I did that once and now I'm the biggest I've been. I should add that I nurse 2 times a day for 13 month old twins. Tia

Should I stick to cardio right now? Or should I be doing strength training?
CW 219. Height 65" Female.. Right now all I do is stationary bike, walking, abdominal crunches, and occasionally Zumba I'm losing inches and gaining a little strength from the bike. However I'm wondering should I add a few strength training sessions in or should I wait till I lose some more weight? Tia!

I've hit a 2 week plateau now
SW 233 on 12/27/15 CW 222 today. You think working out 6 days a week, eating between 1200-1500 calories, and nursing twins. I bought a kitchen scale so hopefully that's it. I just need some support..having twins destroyed my body and I'm finding it hard to get my old body back.

Question on stationary bikes?
Are there any stationary bikes that measures the resistance? I do 26 mins on my stationary bike but when I increase the resistance the calorie numbers are the same if I just did them on the lowest resistance. Hopefully once I get some money saved up I'd like to look into one. Tia!

Workout ideas for extremely large breast
As of right now cardiovascular wise, I can only do my stationary bike. Swimming is out cuz it's cold. No, money for gym. So please any advice. Forget workout bra I've been through so many. Nothing works

Late night cravings
Throughout the day I eat very healthy, but when late at night comes. I crave food, I fight constantly. I drink water with lemon, eat celery with peanut butter and etc. It could be boredom since I'm a stay at home mom with two one year olds..please any support or advice would be nice!

Weight loss is slowing down
I weighed 233 on Dec 27th, 2015. I weigh 222 now. It's been 4 weeks and now my weight loss has slowed down. My husband thinks it could be me gaining muscle but it's still depressing since I still have 70 more pounds to lose..does this happen in the beginning?

Fatty liver!
So my doctor told me I had a fatty liver, I've lost 10lbs so far. However have about 70lbs to lose before I'm in the healthy range. What recipes that are good to help my liver. Tasty ones too...thanks! P.s. I did a detox already.

Sleep and weight loss
I currently have almost one year old twins and everything I read about losing weight says sleeping is very important. Im lucky to get 6 hours a day. My norm is usually 5 hours. Will this effect my weight loss?
