Multiple short workouts
I am currently doing 2-3 short 15 minute workouts spread across the day. Body weight exercises in the morning, rowing in the evening and walk/jog at night. Are these equally effective to a single hour long exercise routine? I don’t think I have stamina to complete an hour long workout.

Any tips on how to reverse prediabetes?
Hi, I just turned 30. That number is significant as my father and brother were diagnosed with diabetes at this age. So as a result of these 2 factors, I decided to get my full bloodwork done. Got my reports back, I have fasting BSL of 99mg/dl and HbA1C of 5.9. The HbA1C puts me smack dab in the middle of prediabetic range…

Should I stop accounting calories burnt by walking?
Hi all, I have my phone pedometer linked to my account so it automatically pulls that data. I typically walk between 6 and 8k steps a day. The pulled data then shows somewhere around 200-250 calories burnt by walking. The thing is, I get psychologically primed not to work out much on the days I walk a lot. I have lost some…

How do you know its water weight?
My scale is not moving. At all. I eat clean, I track food, stay around 1200 (+/- 100), I workout a little bit. But week-in, week-out, there is absolutely no change. People over within a 5 pound range, for me its a 1 pound difference. The scale just would'nt budge. I am a day away from giving up. I have a 65+ day streak…

Can you tell me something positive?
I feel like I have lost all my motivation. I havent been to the gym in so many days because I never seem to have any energy. I am eating 1200 (+/- 100) cals consistently for last 65 days (I use a food scale and pre-log my meals in the am and stick to it, so I am fairly certain). I was super regular at the gym in Feb (lost…

Hello people. I have been trying to lose weight since last month. I keep my intake between 1200-1300 cals (my entries here are not accurate as the Indian food entries here are not that great. C25K question
So I always thought I cannot run. And then I came across C25K. I have been procrastinating about it for an awfully long time. Finally I gave it a try today. To my utter surprise, I could run for 1 full minute. I could repeat it thrice. But then, my ankles started hurting madly. I could not carry on after that. I attempted…
