Hello people,

I am starting a sun salutation (suryanamaskar) routine from today. I am planning to start with 3 rounds on day on and then adding 1 everyday till the end of the month.

My goal for this routine is to increase my flexibility and tone muscles. If any weight loss comes my way then thats a bonus.

Would you like to join me?
Any suggestions are welcome.

    You can simply google sun salutation. There is a very informative youtube tutorial for beginners. I will try to post a link later today.
