i have recently restarted working out in the gym. Just beginner stuff. But I have noticed a decrease in my apetite and that I full way fuller whole day than before. I am eating same quantity, same type of food. I thought I would be ravenous after working out.
Is it a bad sign?

Nope, if anything i'd say it's pretty common especially when you are a beginner and working within a higher heart rate range than you're used to.
If you feel nausea I would try and lower the intensity a smidge and work your way up slowly.
P.S. When i weight train I feel suppressed appetite, when i do cardio i feel slight nausea and then ravenously hungry like 2 hours after.1
