Do you worry more about macros or calories? If I eat my daily calorie intake I usually go over on one of my macros. So should I concentrate more on macros or my calories?

What would be the best item to get at a local Mexican restaurant that does not have the nutrition facts listed or a website? Fajitas?? Taco salad??

Banking calories
I've seen people talking in here about banking calories. Does that actually work? If you know you have a meal coming up, like Easter dinner for example, that you know will go above your daily goal, can you eat less calories during the week leading up to it?

If I'm wanting to tone certain areas/ lose inches but not necessarily lose weight do I still need to lower my calorie intake or just work on the working out part?

Potlucks and eating at other people's houses
Any tips or advice on how to eat at potlucks and family/friend gatherings? Do you log the meals by guessing or not log at all? And just try to find the best options at potlucks? And at family gatherings when someone makes the meal for you do you just eat small portions?

What does everyone have their sugar set at? Most of mine is from fruit and a little from yogurt etc.

Macro Percentages
What does everyone use for their C/P/F percentages? If I do 50/30/20 I'm not sure that would allow me enough fat in my day. Or is it ok to go above on my fats some days if I'm under on my carbs and I'm at or below my calories?

Confused...
I'm confused on how to figure out how many calories you should eat in a day. Once you use a calculator how do you know whether to eat back some of the exercise calories or if they already accounted for that. Any help would be appreciated! Sorry if this is dumb, I'm new to this

So I calculated my TDEE, is that number including the calories I would burn or can I still eat back half of my burned calories?

Maintenance question:
I eat all throughout the day and stay full, never really hungry but I am almost always below my daily calorie goal. What do you do when you are not hitting your calorie goal but are feeling satisfied? Another issue is if I eat more to meet my calorie goal I go over on my sodium, or fat, etc. I've only been tracking my food…

Supplements
Multi vitamins? I don't know what brand to buy, would like something as natural as possible. Or if eating a healthy diet, is a multi vitamin necessary? I hardly ever hit my iron or potassium goal but do fairly good with the others listed.

Anyone else have back/hip pain that prevents them from running or having high impact workouts? What workouts have you discovered that you are able do? Preferably workouts on YouTube. Do you track exercise on app?
Do you enter in your exercises and eat based off of what they tell you you have left in calories and what they've added to your macro count or do you leave it off and only eat what is originally there. I'm wanting to maintain/maybe lose a pound or two and tone.

I've seen different websites suggest different percentages for macros, I've seen 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein and 50, 30, 20...how do you know which is right for your body?
