I am needing some ideas for low fat snacks that also have protein

Beef or turkey jerky
0% Greek Yogurt
Low Fat cottage cheese
I limit my fat (a bit) I just don't have a lot at each meal (reflux). But, barring medical issues you can eat fat and still lose weight.2 -
Thanks, I was just having trouble staying at or below my suggested fat for each day so was trying to come up with some new snacks.0

I am playing with the 40/40/20 macro ratio. At first it was tough to keep the fats low, but I found these foods helped as a snack.
- Beef/Turkey jerky
- Fresh fruit
- String cheese (usually has about 5g of fat depending on brand)
- Various whole grain cereals w/ skim milk

Chicken deli slices
Halo Top Ice Cream. about 7 grams of protein per serving about 70-90 cals depending of flavor0 -

Hummus and carrots
Peanut butter ( small portion of peanut butter) with celery

Beanitos. 140 calories for 1 ounce, with protein and fiber. They are not so tasty as to make you inhale the whole bag.
