Foods that are high in iron and potassium?

I have trouble reaching my daily goal for iron and potassium...need examples of foods that are high in either iron or potassium.

    For iron; red meat, beans, spinach, broccoli, potato, peanuts.... try to eat it with some vitamin c!

    For potassium; bananas, avocado, sweet potato, i think spinach but dont quote me
