What category would you put HIIT under for exercises?

Describe your actual workout - what are you doing and for how long?

HIIT has become such an overused marketing tag that it seems that 9 out of 10 people that describe their workouts as HIIT aren't actually doing HIIT at all....

Are you asking how to log it? More than likely cardio, depending on what you're doing. Sometimes a workout can be both, if you're doing strength exercises rapidly, in which case I usually log it as strength and then log the estimated calories separately.

HIIT is more descriptive of the intensity of the activity than it is the category of the activity.
