Multi vitamins? I don't know what brand to buy, would like something as natural as possible. Or if eating a healthy diet, is a multi vitamin necessary? I hardly ever hit my iron or potassium goal but do fairly good with the others listed.

See your doctor and have them draw blood to determine if you are deficient in anything. Other than that, supplements are not needed.0

I eat healthy and take a multivitamin. I don't think it hurts. Whatever the body isn't taking the body will take. The other stuff you can I'll pee it out. Lmao.
I take a multivitamin and vitamin D3 and K2. I also do protein and pre workout drinks.0
