Which macro is your main priority? and why?
Which macro is your main priority? and why? I try to hit a minimum of half my bodyweight in protein to avoid muscle loss. Fat is my secondary goal. And I try to keep carbs below 30g (sugar below 15g).

My Fitbit thinks I'm riding an "outdoor bike" when I'm pushing my daughter in her pushchair. Does it make any difference that Fitbit is recording my walk as a bike ride? In how Fitbit assesses calories, weight, etc?

Feeling really thirsty and dehydrated.
I drink a lot of water, today I've had 4.5L, but I still feel really thirsty, my lips are dry and feeling like they're going to crack, I've tried eating more the last couple of days in case the thirst/hunger thing has reversed, but I'm still really thirsty, also I never go over 1600mg sodium or 15g sugar. Hi, I have fibromyalgia and I want to lose weight and be healthy. My only exercise is walking, when I have the time/energy. What exercises do you do? Are there any exercises that help fight the fatigue?

Do you exercise when you have a large blister?
My main exercise is walking, but I've got a huge blister between my big toe and second toe, should I keep walking, pop it, or not do much until it's gone?

Anyone know the nutritional stats for Yo Sushi spicy kimchi squid? I don't like to log incomplete or inaccurate stats in my food diary. The menu said 71 calories, but it was very sweet and as I'm low-carb, I can actually feel my face bloating with the water-weight I'm gaining back :(

I ate some kimchi earlier, now stuck with a sweet ginger taste in my mouth. How can I get rid of it? I've tried brushing my teeth and whole mouth, mouthwash, drinking tea, drinking 1.5 litres of water, eating lunch and putting a couple of coffee grains on my tongue, and still it won't go away! :( :(

I feel really nauseous after exercising on my treadmill, I tried eating my dinner a while ago but I puked after a few bites, how can I make my nausea go away? I need to eat my dinner as I already logged it as it was cooking.

Is walking enough exercise to lose body-fat?
Can I lose body-fat with only walking (maybe with some short bursts of running, here and there) as my exercise? MFP worked out my calorie goal as 1200 calories. 165cm. 177lbs. Can't afford to go to gym or exercise classes, I have a treadmill at home.

I'm finding it difficult to eat 1200 calories.
I am fully-over-stuffed/can't eat anymore at around 800-900 calories, is it ok to just eat until I'm full? Also there is no way I can eat extra for any calories burned from exercise (long walk), unless I eat something really unhealthy, which I don't want to do because I don't have any cravings for that because I'm so full..
