How much protein after mild exercise?

I did the first mission of Zombies, Run! on my treadmill, I'm very unfit, I spent most of the time walking on speed 6.0; for the running parts I increased it to the maximum speed 12.0 then decreased it to 5.5 and increased it between 6.0 - 7.5 until the next run etc.

Anyway at the end of the mission (35mins), the treadmill said I did 4.10km (2.5 miles), how much protein, if any, is needed for mild-ish exercise?

I ate a soft boiled egg after the mission, as it was the quickest protein source at hand.

Protein timing is an irrelevance for what you describe.

Overall protein in your diet is important however, especially so when you are eating so few calories every day.

Unless you are lifting heavy, you don't need to up your protein intake or worry about timing.

Just eat within your calorie (and, ideally but not necessarily, macro) goal. Btw 6.0 IS a run for me  Guess I'm zombie fodder.
