app being ornery
Is anyone else having issues with the app adding things twice, or when you change a serving / size, instead of changing, it adds it again at the new size....like add 1.5 cups of milk, go in to change it to 1 cup, but instead it adds the 1 cup and keeps the 1.5 cups. Also, I'll add something on the app, then check the web…

Food delivery services
Has anyone tried food delivery services? Not the ones for weight loss, but like Home Chef, Hellofresh, ect. What did you try, how do you like it? I'm not a cook, not into really trying to learn. But this sounds like a way to broaden my taste buds without buying a bunch of food, and spices.

blogs
Why can't I find the blogs if they don't show up in my home page?

hugs
So what's with the 100 hugs that I just got? What are they for? where did they come from? I've been on here for 3 years and this is a 1st.

difference in calories burned
between "moving, carrying boxes", and "weight lifting" "moving" gives me 300+ calories, "weight lifting" gives me 150 calories, same amount of time. Why? Do they think we're resting between sets, or constantly moving, when were "moving"? Just wondering about that....

GoLo Release supplement
Has anyone heard of tried this? I saw a commercial for it and looked it up on line, the website both gave too much and too little info... From what I can gather, it's a supplement to help with metabolic issues, but then some of the reviews talks about the diet you need to eat with it, but the website makes no mention of it…

streaking
No, not that kind of streaking!!!! Runners World does a running streak a few times a year. Their next one is run 1 mile (at minimum) every day from Memorial Day to July 4th. I'm not up to running as of yet, but I'm going to start my own streak. From Memorial day to July 4th, I'm going to exercise every day, outside of…

measuring veggys
OK, here's a thought. A serving size for a vegetable, we'll use Broccoli, is 1 cup, which is a fine amount, but if you weigh it to be exact, 8 oz weighed is a lot, I was only able to get to 4 oz to get to the amount that I'd be able to eat, so I'm curious, does everyone eat a weighed out 8 oz serving, or a measured cup?…

not filling up from little flavor
OK, got a question, why am I still hungry after eating a meal that should be filling, but it has little flavor, Broccoli and Chicken, I know I ate enough to fill up, but the whole thing was very unsatisfying, so I'm still hungry... I even put Ranch and/or sweet and sour sauce on it and it still didn't satisfy. I'm curious…

why is it so hard to re start
I started on my latest health journey a year ago Sept. It went great, it was easy, I ate well (mostly) I exercised, I lost weight. Then in Feb. I took a planed break, my only goal was to not gain. That worked very well, it was supposed to last at most 2 months. But it's now a year later and I can't get back in the…

spaghetti squash
I'm looking for some ideas to eat spaghetti squash, I'm not looking for real recipes, (my idea of cooking is cutting up and baking a sweet potato). But something to make it more tasty, I was eating it with sweet and sour sauce on it, and it tasted good, but after 4 days of eating it, I'd had enough. I live alone, so a…

possibly becoming gluten sensitive
For the past week, I've been having a mild belly ache, off and on, I've finally decided I'm feeling bloated. It only happens after some meals, so I've begun tracking what foods make me feel off, then I'll try an elimination diet. The only real symptom I've got is the bloating, though reading about gluten sensitivity…

not being sore after a workout
I'm rarely sore after I do weights, unless I really go overboard, my question is should I be working out with heavier weights? Do I want to be sore after resistance training? Most body parts I lift till I feel I'll lose proper form, (though I'm not sure form matters much on machines...) I'm curious what your thoughts are.

being full
OK, odd question/statement, the days I work, I eat the same breakfast, yet some days it keeps me filled up for hours, some days, I'm hungry after 2 hours, why? Nothing is different. What are your thoughts on why this is so?

red face
This is not at all a fitness/health question, but... When I work out, I get very red in the face, I have Rosacea, so I tend to red easily, but after a workout, I'm a tomato, I'm also quite sweaty. I don't want to cover it with concealer, I feel my skin can't breath. Does anyone have any ideas on how do de-red myself?…

oatmeal recipes
I've tried eating Oatmeal a few times, I can never get past the consistency, anyone have any thoughts? Did you have the same problem and figure out how to like it? I'd really like to add it into my diet, but I just can't get past the feeling that I'm eating snot, sorry.

activity level
I'm not really just starting, I've been doing this since Sept. 2017, but I have a question. I can't decide whether I'm sedentary or lightly active. I work retail in a farm store, so on any given day I could be sitting at a desk for a chuck of the day, walking about helping customers, or in the warehouse loading 50 pound…

American Ninja Warrior
I love this show, there is nothing better to get you in the health and fitness frame of mind. And this coming from a 49 year old woman who knows she will never be able to do anything close to that. Though I do hope that when I get to a better weight, I'll join an obstacle gym.

rotisserie chicken
Odd question, but why is rotisserie chicken so much higher in sodium then reg chicken? It's tastes so much better then plain chicken, but the sodium.....ouch

weight going up
ok, I'm really getting frustrated, my weekly calorie counts are below what they are suppose to be at the end of the week, but the scale has been creeping up, the 1st time or 2, I figured water weight, but it keeps going up, I weigh myself at the gym 1-3 times a week, as I don't have a scale at my house, I don't see other…
-
dairy or soy milk
I'm curious what peoples thoughts are on which to drink, I'm pre diabetic, I switched from 1% dairy milk to original soy milk, because it's lower in sugar. I'd rather drink dairy, it's cheaper and I like it better, but I'll stick with which ever is better for me.

ladies only
OK, how do you motivate yourself to exercise when that TOM is here, I have motivation issues to exercise at all times, but that TOM is even more difficult, working out doesn't help with cramps so that doesn't help motivate me...I've gotten to the point where I don't even try to workout for those days anymore. Any one with…

"seeing what I would look like at my proper weight
This might be an odd question, but does anyone know of a way to see what I would look like when I lose my fat? Is there a web site, that I can upload a picture of me and it would show me what I would look like after loosing 80 #?, I found one once, years ago, but all it did was make me smaller, fat face and rolls still…
