red face

This is not at all a fitness/health question, but... When I work out, I get very red in the face, I have Rosacea, so I tend to red easily, but after a workout, I'm a tomato, I'm also quite sweaty. I don't want to cover it with concealer, I feel my skin can't breath.
Does anyone have any ideas on how do de-red myself?
Splashing cold water on my face doesn't help, no showers at the gym and I change there and go straight to work. I read somewhere once that spritzing peppermint water on me would help, but since I dislike all mints, I'd like to know it works before I buy it...
Thanks

I also look like a tomato when I workout and it's basically just your body trying to cool itself down along with the sweat because your body is so warm. Wearing concealer won't do anything since it will probably be sweated off
Ive heard that anti redness cream is quite good because it helps to cool down your face, and I think face cleansers are supposed to help as well.0 -
Its totally normal that you get red in the face because when your exercising your blood is flowing throughout your body. Your red face also means that your internal body temperature is up and that is when you are burning the most calories. Don't worry about your face getting red and keep working out. I'm sure that after you cool down it goes away. Most import is that you burn those calories.

Thanks, I don't mind what I loom like while I'm working out, but I would love to be less red before I head to work, I guess I just need to allow a bit more time between the 2.

I have rosacea as well. Same issue. Cool water, a super gentle moisturizer, and elapsed time. I’ve also started mixing zinc-based sunscreen into my moisturizer and it seems to help, but maybe only because of the white overtone. Still experimenting. Let me know if you figure something out!0
