Trouble keeping nutrition balanced
Anyone else have a hard time keeping their nutrition goals balanced? I am always under in carbs and fats. (if I wasn't trying to eat "good and healthy" it might be easier :-) I know I need these in my diet and am trying to get into better balance. Any tips on getting enough healthy carbs and good fats?

Uneven weight loss
OK this is a weird one. I've lost 63 lbs. Yeah! But the last pounds are coming off in the most uneven fashion. Not top or bottom but left and right. My right side is now smaller - less fat - than my left and it's noticeable. I am right-handed but I work out evenly for both sides. Anyone experience this? And what to do?

For mom's of teenagers: A compliment from an unlikely sourse
Last night my teenage son looked at me and said, "Mom, you look skinnier!" It took 45 lbs for him to notice but for him to say anything about the way mom looks was quite a big deal! Thank you son, you made my day and just provided the motivation I needed to keep going!

Why has the weight loss slowed so much?

I've lost 30 pounds and need some motivation to keep going. (35 more to go to my goal) I am now wearing a regular size 16. Yea! Finally out of the Plus size department!
