Tummy flab

Hi all,
I've lost 25 pounds. Yeah me! The bad news is my tummy/abdomen is hanging down in the most unattractive way. Three kids, twins, and age are working against me here. Any ideas on help trimming the area (besides surgery). I have about 40 pounds more to go.
