Uneven weight loss

OK this is a weird one. I've lost 63 lbs. Yeah! But the last pounds are coming off in the most uneven fashion. Not top or bottom but left and right. My right side is now smaller - less fat - than my left and it's noticeable. I am right-handed but I work out evenly for both sides.

Anyone experience this? And what to do?
