I find menu planning oddly satisfying. It makes me happy to sit down and work out what low carb recipes we're going to try in a week, and order is soothing. Twice now I've taken a sodium tablet only to upchuck within about half an hour. It seems to be fairly random, though, sometimes I can take them without adverse effect!
